The Publishing department is experiencing a Book Bonanza…

We have purchased the complete inventory from one of our suppliers and have filled the shelves with books on railroad companies, model items, layouts, picture books, history… just about all things railroading…

Here is a very partial list of titles:

  • Baldwin Locomotives
  • The Cars of Pullman
  • American Diner
  • Working on the Railroad
  • American Passenger Trains and Locomotives
  • Railroads of California
  • Coal Trains
  • The Railroad Never Sleeps
  • Railroads Across North America

and in the MBI Publishing ‘Railroad Color History’ series:

  • Santa Fe (2 different volumes)
  • UP Streamliners
  • Chicago and Northwestern
  • Southern
  • SP Passenger Trains (2 different volumes)

Paperbacks and Hardback available.

Along with our 1000+ strong used titles there has to be something that can find a place in your railroad library…

So be sure to stop in and see ‘the librarian’ this weekend (It is supposed to rain so curling up with a good book seems like a great idea)…

By the way, if you are going to be ‘out and about’ do not forget to get down to Fullerton and the Amtrak station for the Southern California Railway Plaza Association’s

RailRoad Days 2016.

Saturday and Sunday 4/29,5/1.

Aside from the vendors, tours, food, exhibits, and layouts you can get ‘up close and personal’ with:*

[Editor’s note: We have a book about this classic too…]
